I oversaw the redesign of ten-x.com, transforming it from an isolated platform into a cohesive, user-centric website in harmony with the overarching corporate vision. By synergizing product and marketing elements, we crafted a tailored, data-informed user journey that significantly elevated website engagement and boosted conversion rates.
I collaborated closely with the product team to oversee the design of Ten-X's web and mobile apps. The double-sided marketplace supports the entire transaction process, from asset onboarding to listing, marketing, and closing. By prioritizing user needs and leveraging data-driven insights, we created a user-friendly, intuitive interface that streamlined the end-to-end user experience.
Delivering the right message at the right place and time is crucial for boosting conversions and engagement rates. Through deep research, smart targeting, and creative that highlights the platform's key values, we ensured that our campaigns effectively reached and resonated with our target audience.
